NSF Certification is a strict set of standards that have to be met, performed by an unbiased independent third party. Basically it's another level of testing, and another set of eyes, to verify the quality and the safety of the product you're about to put into your body. Any product that has the NSF rating means they went the extra mile to ensure the product is top quality.
